The RAM/LCC training program has successfully gone online… Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the associated travel and assembly restrictions, Andreas Kroenert held an on-site event at Stadler Rail as an online seminar at short notice. The proven training concept with the modules RAM management and implementation, reliability, availability, maintainability, and life cycle cost could be completely retained. All training contents of the classroom training were conveyed in the webinar. The online lessons were held over a period of 6 weeks and were split into several half-day blocks with homework to be carried out independently by the participants and a final test.
CC-Rail would like to thank Stadler Rail and all participants for their support and flexibility in the organization and implementation. The excellent results and extremely positive feedback show that the new challenges have been excellently implemented by all participants. The great commitment was worth it. Online training courses can also fulfil their purpose. It remains to be seen whether this is the new way into a new future.
